Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our logistics hub in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is essential for the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification and a strong safety record. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials. Your proficiency in handling various types of forklifts and ensuring the safe transport of goods will be crucial to our operations. We emphasize a culture of Safety and expect all team members to adhere strictly to protocols. This position involves significant Lifting and requires a high level of concentration and precision. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment. Experience with inventory management systems and understanding of warehouse Safety procedures are highly valued. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. This is a key role within our Logistics department, contributing directly to our supply chain success.

Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Stack and arrange inventory according to warehouse layout.
- Conduct pre-operation forklift inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area around loading docks and aisles.
- Assist with inventory counts and put-away processes.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Support overall warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience operating various types of forklifts.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Ability to perform significant Lifting and operate machinery.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Knowledge of PPE requirements in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
