Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workload and potential issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management to support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all safety protocols.
