Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order fulfillment requests.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Process and ship orders in a timely manner, adhering to shipping schedules.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Operate scanning equipment and other warehouse technology.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals in our logistics center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions.
- Must be able to perform Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
