Distribution Center Associate

Job Summary:
Our Distribution Center in Nashville, Tennessee is looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team. This role is multifaceted, involving receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick products for outgoing orders.
• Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the distribution center.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide accurate stock information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
• Commitment to safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
