Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for motivated candidates. Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Willingness to wear required PPE , such as safety glasses and work boots. Understanding of basic Logistics principles is beneficial. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. A positive attitude and a dedication to workplace Safety are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to specifications.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, aisles, and common areas.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals within the Logistics framework.
