Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate at our Orlando, Florida facility, a key hub in our expanding logistics network. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential warehouse functions designed to ensure the efficient flow of goods. This includes receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, stocking materials in designated areas, and preparing outgoing shipments. Your versatility and commitment to maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy are critical to our success. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stock and replenish inventory in assigned warehouse locations.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all Safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking activities.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required.
- Support overall Logistics department goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and remain active throughout the shift.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
