Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks and receive incoming inventory, checking for damages and discrepancies.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection.
- Prepare orders for shipping and assist with loading trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment according to company standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and using PPE correctly.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
