We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Kansas City, Missouri. Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and unstack materials.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
  • Transport raw materials, finished goods, and other items throughout the warehouse.
  • Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any issues or damage.
  • Follow all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to good housekeeping practices.
  • Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to strict Lifting guidelines to prevent injuries.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse logistics.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with a valid certification.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all protocols.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
