Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations, including the use of PPE. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack products securely for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Stage outgoing orders for carrier pickup.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
