Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Worker for our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, supporting the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network. The successful candidate will engage in various tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to safety are essential.
Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
• Stock shelves and organize warehouse storage.
• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment as trained.
• Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all established safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our logistics operations.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including Lifting and moving of stock.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is desirable.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 70 pounds, on a regular basis.
• Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated adherence to safety practices.
• Knowledge of warehouse logistics is an advantage.
