Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelving according to customer order requirements, utilizing scanning technology.
- Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure they match order specifications and are free from defects.
- Securely and efficiently pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for courier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, contributing to the overall tidiness of the fulfillment center.
- Strictly follow all company safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Perform frequent manual lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed daily fulfillment targets.
- Operate pallet jacks and other necessary warehouse equipment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the fulfillment operation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order details accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capacity to work efficiently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be physically capable of frequent lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety standards and wear required PPE.
