Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Picking and packing items for shipment according to orders.
- Stocking and organizing inventory on shelves and in designated areas.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Verifying quantities and accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participating in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- Supporting the logistics department in meeting operational goals.
- Performing regular checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Strong focus on Safety and following all guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
