Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a foundational role within our logistics operations, contributing to the smooth and efficient handling of goods. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring that our warehouse functions effectively.
Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
• Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory.
• Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
• Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve daily operational goals within the logistics framework.
• Must be able to perform tasks requiring regular lifting and moving of materials.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with basic logistics principles is a plus.
