Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
Seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to join our dedicated team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
• Stock shelves and storage areas accurately.
• Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Prepare shipments for outgoing logistics.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Utilize proper Lifting techniques to avoid strain.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing PPE.
• Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics operations.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
