Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Boise, Idaho! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to support our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be working with a variety of products, so attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a warehouse setting and a willingness to learn new processes. We emphasize Safety and expect all team members to adhere to strict guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Inspect products for damage and accuracy.
• Store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
• Use required PPE at all times.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Logistics department.
• Tasks may involve regular Lifting of products up to 50 lbs.
• Follow all guidelines related to the handling and movement of goods.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
• Willingness to wear required PPE.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
