Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick orders efficiently based on order sheets or system requirements.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity and safety.
- Prepare shipments with accurate labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks (forklift operation training may be available).
- Assist with regular inventory counts and contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and safe work area, following all logistics procedures.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and demonstrate the correct use of PPE.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
