Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory appropriately.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes in the Logistics industry.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
