Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our e-commerce fulfillment process as a Fulfillment Associate in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You will handle a variety of products, utilizing warehouse equipment and technology to manage inventory and fulfill orders. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items for customer orders.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Process returns and manage inventory adjustments.
• Operate scanning devices and other warehouse technology.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
• Adhere to all Safety standards and company guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet fulfillment targets.
• Always use designated PPE.
• Handle frequent Lifting of packages, some weighing up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and Lifting throughout the shift.
• Understanding and commitment to Safety practices.
