Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders or production needs.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with all Safety standards.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counting as directed.
- Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets in our logistics hub.
- Adhere to all company policies, including those regarding hazard communication and proper lifting techniques.
- Ability to perform frequent physical tasks, including Lifting of boxes and materials up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
