Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Store merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
• Pick products for orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Pack orders with care to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other manual equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
• Wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals within the logistics framework.
• Perform frequent physical tasks, including repetitive motions and Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with a desire to contribute to team success.
• Familiarity with basic warehouse Safety procedures.
