Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of all inventory items.
- Coordinate with receiving, picking, and shipping departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of inventory control tools and technology.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, accuracy, and movement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including Safety regulations and proper use of PPE .
