Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Detroit, Michigan! This role is fundamental to the successful operation of our distribution center, involving a wide range of tasks to support our logistics network. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key duties include managing inventory accurately, ensuring orders are processed correctly, and contributing to overall team productivity. Safety is paramount; you will be expected to strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with fellow associates to meet operational goals and contribute to customer satisfaction. Storing goods in designated warehouse locations. Accurately picking items for customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners. Packing orders securely and efficiently for shipment. Preparing outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging. Maintaining inventory accuracy through proper handling and stock rotation. Operating material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks. Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Following all company safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting techniques. Assisting with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed. Contributing to the smooth flow of our logistics operations.

Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures, including proper PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
