Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is essential to our overall logistics and supply chain success. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of operational tasks, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your efficiency and accuracy are key to ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of goods. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, contributing to a productive and safe atmosphere. Responsibilities include: unloading and processing inbound shipments; accurately picking products for customer orders; packing items securely for shipment; loading outbound trucks; performing inventory counts and checks; organizing and maintaining warehouse stock; keeping the work area clean and free of hazards; and adhering strictly to all safety protocols and company policies. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing manual labor, possess a strong work ethic, and be a reliable team member. Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous. We offer a stable work environment and opportunities for skill development.
