Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. You will be involved in tasks such as loading and unloading shipments, picking and packing orders, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the work environment. Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick items for customer orders.
• Pack orders securely for shipment.
• Stage outgoing orders for delivery.
• Operate manual material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away.
• Contribute to efficient logistics and overall warehouse productivity.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is beneficial.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong understanding of general safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
• Willingness to follow instructions and safety directives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
