Distribution Center Associate

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves.
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming stock.
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
• Follow all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
• Support team members and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
• Perform general labor duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
• Ability to read and understand order manifests and labels.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow them.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including occasional overtime.
• Familiarity with logistics processes is an advantage.
• This role requires focus and physical stamina throughout the shift.
