Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our thriving logistics center in Orlando, Florida. This role is central to our mission of delivering exceptional service through efficient order processing and inventory management. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Process outbound shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed (training available).
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety.
  • Properly use required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Understanding of general logistics and supply chain concepts.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
