We are seeking a proactive and experienced Distribution Center Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using WMS.
  • Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely and proficiently.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or safety hazards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; some college or vocational training preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Distribution Center Associate or similar warehouse role.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 60 lbs, on a regular basis.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
