We maintain a strict Safety culture, requiring all associates to follow established protocols and utilize the correct PPE at all times. The role involves consistent physical activity, including regular Lifting of products up to 50 lbs. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses excellent attention to detail, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Experience with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks is a plus, and on-the-job training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise.
- Stock products into designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Assemble and prepare shipments for carriers.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Support shipping and receiving departments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.
