Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock merchandise into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using order lists or scanners.
- Pack orders carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist with loading and unloading of outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Support overall warehouse logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
