Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Boise, Idaho. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack items appropriately for shipment, ensuring product safety.
- Prepare orders for shipment, label packages, and stage them for dispatch.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals in logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and performing tasks involving lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics concepts.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
