Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Boise, Idaho. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks crucial to the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics network. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders accurately, packing items securely for shipment, and maintaining inventory. A commitment to safety is paramount; all associates must wear appropriate PPE and adhere to safe lifting techniques to ensure a secure and injury-free workplace. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and possesses a strong work ethic. This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of all orders.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanners.
  • Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
  • Pack items appropriately for shipment, ensuring product safety.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, label packages, and stage them for dispatch.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals in logistics.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Physical stamina for standing, walking, and performing tasks involving lifting up to 45 lbs.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of inventory and logistics concepts.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
