Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Support other warehouse team members as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- This position requires consistent physical exertion, including regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar labor environment is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and perform diverse warehouse duties.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout the shift.
- Physical capability for frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of items.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations, including PPE usage.
