Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- Manage daily workflow, ensuring efficient operations in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse facility.
- Enforce policies related to quality control, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS).
- Solid understanding of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex operational problems.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
