Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is central to our e-commerce logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt to shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including picking products for orders, packing items securely for transit, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You'll also be involved in receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, and contributing to a safe and productive work environment. Utilizing warehouse technology, such as scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS), will be part of your daily routine. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and stage products for order fulfillment.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Process and prepare shipments for dispatch according to carrier guidelines.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, accurately stocking shelves.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Participate in inventory control activities and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology (scanners, WMS) is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Commitment to following Safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
