Distribution Center Associate

Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Distribution Center Associate for our busy facility in Miami, Florida. This comprehensive role involves various warehouse tasks critical to our distribution operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and preparing goods for shipment. Your contribution ensures the efficient movement of products through our supply chain. We are committed to providing a secure and productive workplace, with strict adherence to all Safety standards and the consistent use of required PPE . As a Distribution Center Associate, you are integral to our Logistics success and must be capable of performing tasks that involve considerable Lifting and physical activity.
Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
• Stock shelves and storage locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and pick lists.
• Prepare items for shipment, including proper packaging and labeling.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following 5S principles.
• Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
• Wear all designated PPE , including safety footwear and high-visibility vests.
• Demonstrated capability in Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
• Follow directives from warehouse supervisors and team leaders.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets and quality standards.
• Understand fundamental warehouse operations and Logistics concepts.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking activities.
• Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly.
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
