Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with attention to detail.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as directed.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper securing.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Support the overall logistics flow by performing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Be able to perform tasks requiring regular lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to best practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and meet performance expectations.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and operate various equipment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
