Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a generalist role where you will contribute to various aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Your duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our logistics operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, inspect, and stock inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, emphasizing Safety .
• Wear required PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Handle materials with care and ensure product integrity.
• Perform tasks involving moderate Lifting and physical exertion.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Logistics concepts.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
• Commitment to following all safety regulations.
