Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to consistently wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Reliable and punctual.
