Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock takes as needed.
- Comply with all company safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns to management immediately.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent standing, walking, stooping, and bending.
- Must be able to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
