Responsibilities:
- Unpack, sort, and verify incoming merchandise.
- Store products in designated locations, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking items accurately and efficiently.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection.
- Stage products for shipment, verifying order details and destination.
- Operate manual and powered equipment like pallet jacks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, utilizing required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow all guidelines, including PPE usage.
