  • Current DEA number
  • Completion of an accredited NP (APRN) or PA-C program
  • Master's degree or higher
  • Must be insurable under professional liability coverage

  • Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
  • Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience (new grads considered)
  • Experience in Pain Management, PM&R, Orthopedics, or Musculoskeletal Medicine
Position OverviewJoin a collaborative outpatient team specializing in Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, serving a long-established community practice.Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
  • Develop multi-modality treatment plans
  • Manage medications and perform follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR
  • Collaborate with experienced PM&R and Orthopedic physicians
  • Access to minimally invasive procedures, on-site ultrasound, and fluoroscopic-guided interventions
