A regional healthcare system in the Hudson Valley is seeking a Psychiatry Physician Assistant (PA) or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP/PMHNP) to join a collaborative Behavioral Health team. The hospital is a 192-bed facility located two hours from NYC and 30 minutes from Albany. About the Role
Provide psychiatric care in outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and consult-liaison settings. Work with Psychiatrists and Psychiatric APPs in a supportive, team-based environment. Duties can be tailored to your interests. Strong opportunities for professional growth and potential leadership .
Responsibilities- Psychiatric evaluations & medication management
- Outpatient, inpatient, and emergency behavioral health care
- Consult-liaison services to medical floors
- Collaborative Care with primary care practices
- EMR documentation & quality-focused care
- Active New York license (or eligible)
- PMHNP certification preferred
- Psychiatry or Behavioral Health experience a plus
- New grads welcome
- $105,000"$140,000 + productivity incentives
