Your Role with the Company :
- Full-time

- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care focusing on acute, chronic and preventative health concerns for individuals and families
Background Profile:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Oregon license
- Bilingual preferred
