Assignment Details

Coverage Type: No Call
Setting: Outpatient - Urgent Care
Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday with possible weekend rotation
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Average Daily Volume: 40 patients
Patient Population: All ages (6 months and up)
Support Staff: 1 MA, Center Manager, PSA, offsite supervising physician for APPs
Procedures: Incision and drainage, laceration repair, ear irrigation, wound care, minor procedures
EMR: Epic

Clinical Details

Provide comprehensive urgent care for both adult and pediatric patients.
Perform common procedures including I&D, suturing, splinting, and wound management.
Manage acute illnesses and minor injuries independently.
Utilize Epic for charting and patient documentation (training provided).
Must demonstrate effective communication and teamwork in a solo-provider environment.
