Urgent Care NP/PA Opportunity - Walk-In Clinic SettingLocation: Middletown, NY - NYC 70mSetting: Urgent Care / Ambulatory ClinicEmployment Type: Full-Time, permanent position, Employed opportunityShifts: Variable 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, including alternating weekends and flexible start timesPosition Highlights Provide acute evaluation and treatment for walk-in patients of all ages Perform procedures including laceration repair, splinting, and evaluation of musculoskeletal injuries Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including urgent care, primary care, and specialty providers Oversee clinical care and documentation of patients under team responsibility Reports to Medical Director of Urgent Care; works under a collaborative or supervising agreementCompensation Annual salary range: $124,042 - $146,530 (in compliance with NY salary transparency laws) Additional earnings may include incentives, shift differentials, and other benefits Final compensation determined by experience, credentials, and internal equityBenefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan options Paid time off, CME support, and malpractice coverage Full credentialing and administrative supportQualificationsNurse Practitioner: Master s degree in Nursing required Post-Master s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner required NYS NP License (Family) required ANCC or AANP Board Certification (within 1 year of hire) required DEA certification required BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Opioid Prescriber and Infectious Disease certificates required 1+ year experience in ER or Urgent Care preferredPhysician Assistant: Graduate of an accredited PA program NYS PA License required NCCPA Certification required DEA certification required BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Experience in ER or Urgent Care preferred Estimated pay range/amount is $122,078 - $149,634.
