Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant Locums Job in Texas 12-Hour Shifts Beginning ASAP - Ongoing Assignment
Coverage Details
Both DAYS and NIGHTS needed: 7AM - 7PM and 7PM - 7AM, 7 days per week
Facility will accept multiple providers
Ongoing assignment
Temporary privileges available (estimated 5-7 days)
Requirements
Must be Board Certified
Licensed in Texas or IMLC
ACLS, BLS
OR experience with vein harvesting - highly preferred
Fellowship - preferred
Assignment Details
Rounding in ICU, pre- and post-cardiac surgery
Manage patients coming off vents
Care for patients post-OR (open hearts, VATS, lung cases)
Average of 10-15 patients on service at any time
Patients per shift: 10-15
Admissions required
EMR: Epic
Facility Details
Stroke Certified Hospital
Facility Trauma Level: 1
