LVN/LPN / LVN/LPN / North Carolina / Any / Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Job

Adelphi is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide nursing services in a facility in Lenoir County, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will support adolescent health and wellness in a structured environment and must be comfortable working independently with direct care staff during part of the shift.

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional-juvenile, and/or emergency nursing
• Ability to work independently as the only nurse on-site during part of the shift
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth equipment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must attend orientation Oct. 78 (9am5pm) & the remainder of that week (7am3:30pm), either in person or online with camera on.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of LPN practice under RN/physician direction
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely
• Observe, report, and document changes in patient health status
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with direct care staff to support continuity of care
• Assist with telehealth services and virtual consultations
• Support health, safety, and wellness in a secure environment
• Complete facility orientation and ongoing required training
