Locums - Tacoma, Washington NP/PA Hematology/Oncology Opportunity
A facility in Tacoma, WA is seeking NP/PA locum coverage for Hematology/Oncology with an ASAP start and ongoing need. Due to credentialing timelines, a March start is realistic. This is a weekday-only position with a consistent schedule and no procedural responsibilities.
Assignment Details:
Start: ASAP - Ongoing (March realistic)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Five days per week
No procedures
No BMT
Patient Mix: 60% Oncology / 40% Hematology
Majority solid tumor cases
No leukemia; possible lymphoma cases
Patients per shift: 15
Facility will accept multiple providers
Trauma Level II
EMR: Epic / Beacon (all chemotherapy ordered through treatment plans)
Epic/Beacon experience is a plus
Well-rounded support staff including MAs and RNs
Requirements:
Board Certified / Board Eligible NP or PA
Active Washington license (compact license accepted)
Fellowship preferred
ABLS, ACLS, BLS required
