Clinical Laboratory Technician / Medical Laboratory Technician Helena, Montana The Staff Pad is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician / Medical Laboratory Technician to join a respected healthcare organization in Helena, Montana. Job Summary The Clinical Laboratory Technician / Medical Laboratory Technician will independently perform routine and specialized diagnostic procedures on blood and other body fluids for patients across all age groups. This role includes waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing in accordance with regulatory standards. Candidates with an Associate degree in Medical Technology (or equivalent) are encouraged to apply. Knowledge & Experience Minimum of one year of experience as a generalist clinical laboratory technician in a hospital setting preferred. Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods, quality control, and safety practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Education Associate degree in Medical Technology or equivalent preferred. Licensure/Certification Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent required.
