Company Description Kelton Company LLC is a practitioner-led ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy provider based in San Diego, California, serving children and families across the state. We deliver compassionate, evidence-based behavioral therapy in the settings that matter most—at home, in school, in the community, and via telehealth. Led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), our team focuses on social skills, communication, daily living skills, and behavior support, using individualized treatment plans grounded in data and collaboration with families, schools, and healthcare partners. Our goal is to empower children to build meaningful, lasting skills while supporting caregivers every step of the way.
Role Description This is a part-time Hybrid-role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Oakland, CA. The BCBA will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, analyzing behavioral data, and supervising and training behavior technicians. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the comprehensive progress of clients receiving care.
Qualifications Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Ability to provide Parent Education and training in behavior strategies Knowledge of Psychology and behavior science principles Strong skills in Behavior Management and intervention techniques Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse individuals Experience working with children or individuals with developmental challenges is a plus

Location Hybrid work in Oakland and the greater Bay Area.
Pay Base W-2 hourly: $52/hour Hours: 10–20 hours/week Scheduling design: ≥90% of scheduled hours billable, 10% of scheduled hour for non-billable time. Bonus: +$3 to +$8/hour when: Notes are on time, authorized-hour delivery targets are met, and documentation quality passes audit spot-checks.
