Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for accuracy. Enter and maintain vendor information in the accounting system. Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH, and wire transfers. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships. Assist with month-end closing and provide support for audits. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years in accounts payable or similar accounting role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
